How this calculator works
Google weighs review velocity (how many you collect per week and per month) almost as heavily as total count. A competitor 50 reviews ahead with zero monthly velocity is catchable in a quarter. A competitor 50 reviews ahead with 6 per month is pulling away every week.
The calculator uses your monthly pace to project how long it would take to pass your competitor by 10 reviews (a comfortable lead, not a tie). If your monthly velocity is zero, the result shows "system needed" because the math says you cannot close the gap without one.
