Services
Thryv Marketing Solutions provides digital marketing services including local SEO, Google Business Profile management, reputation management, paid advertising, website design, and AI automation on a month-to-month basis. All services are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
Payment
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Thryv Marketing Solutions reserves the right to pause services on accounts more than 14 days past due.
Intellectual Property
Content, strategies, and reports produced for a client are owned by that client upon full payment. Thryv Marketing Solutions retains the right to use anonymized performance data for internal research and marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Thryv Marketing Solutions does not guarantee specific ranking positions, review counts, or revenue outcomes. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control including algorithm changes, market conditions, and client responsiveness.
